[streaming] vls at videolan.org becomes streaming at videolan.org

Dear friends,

In order to be in harmony with the new web site released today and
continue the simplification of the mailing-lists, the mailing-list
<vls at videolan.org> was renamed to <streaming at videolan.org>.

This mailing-list should be used for all the user questions regarding
the VideoLAN streaming solution (vls, mini-vlcs, networking...)
