I assume you have a DVB board because of the directory name above.

It means that there are TS Packets missing in the stream. That can be
either because of:
- the DVB WinTV Nova is dropping TS packets on reception
- VLS is not able to read the WinTV Nova device fast enough
- Or when this message is from the client it means that TS Packets are
dropped on the network.
