mpeg4-ts means and mpeg4 codec for the video encapsulated in the
system layer mpeg2-ts. It is notn much used. Usually mpeg4 videos are
encapsulated in AVI, or sometime people say 'mpeg4' to refer to 'DivX'
movies. In those cases you won't be able to stream them using vls
(that's probably your problem); try to have a look around vlc instead.
