[streaming] stream from WinFast TV2000

Hallo All.

I want to stream a TV channel with VLC or VLS. My capture card is a Leadtek
WinFast TV2000. I have tested it in Xawtv and it works fine.

In the VideoLan HowTo guide it’s stated that VideoLan only supports two
encoding cards (Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-250 and Visiotech Kfir).

Can I get my card to work with VideoLan at all????
