As the Internet does not support multicast, you will have to use unicast
to send your stream. You must put the IP Address of the distant client
(of course, you must know that IP).

The default port is 1234 (udp), so you will have to set up your firewall
properly, and, if needed, a port forwarding on the distant client.

Please note, however, that to get a high video quality, you will need a
huge internet bandwidth (500Kbps is really the minimum to get something
decent).
