[streaming] Password authentication fails - VLS WIndows 0.5.3

Starting up Windows 0.5.3 version of VLS,
can't get in with either bozo/bozo or monitor/monitor

The startup loop options in vls.cfg do work,
so I'm serving video, just can't log in.
Issue with mkpasswd on Windows?
