[streaming] Streaming MPEG2 Hauppauge PVR-250 required encoder chip

It appears that there may be 3 different chips for MPEG2 encoding on the 
Hauppauge PVR-250

(refer  http://www.shspvr.com/reviews/comparison/comparison.htm)

These are iCompression iTVC15 or Conexant CX23415 or Conexant CX23416.

1. Which chip is suitable for VLS?

2. If they are all suitable, will VLS work for the Hauppauge PVR-350 with 
the Conexant CX23415
