Indeed! ;)

Same here, searching in this mailing list I found the satscan 0192.idx
(for astra only) and I think I have to share with you, because I was
getting crazy to run it properly but when I try that and see some
channels in screen, I begin to think I was not getting crazy :D..

I suppose that was the problem, that's why mi second email point that I
tried with livdvb-0.2.2 (is the one suggested in the VLS download site)
but I'm a bit tired of trying, but this good news keep me in the idea
that .dvbrc was wrong, and that's the main problem, maybe :D

Hope and coffee are the things that move the world ;)

At least this are good news, I'm now compiling libdvb 0.2.2 with the DVB
drivers that are working with my DVB card, and I'm going to test to scan
that in a minute and with the proper channel list I'm trying again...

I don't have Disecq so I can't help you with that, I'm trying myself to
get some proper channel list and test VLS compiled with libdvb 0.2.2 to
see it that makes the trick.
I don't know if the mantainer of the libdvb reads this list, but should
be a good thing to know if .dbvrc in 0.4.x is the same format of the old
ones, or there was a change.

:D
Ok, now my new testings, compiled VLS with livdvb-0.2.2, and satscan the
channels (satscan 0.2.2), it only gaves me 6 channels in astra, try with
all of them to stream with VLS and, surprise, no more Input error, but
no streaming, just some error with libdvbpsi (Maybe are encoded those
channels?, maybe libdvbpsi 0.1.2 is not working properly with vls? don't
know at this moment) but, no input error, so I suppose that at least it
takes some channel input, and start the streaming, so the channel list
with 0.2.2 is ok but, it only scan very few of them.
Next test, VLS compiled with libdvb-0.2.2, but for the channel scan I
use satscan - libdvb-0.4.0 , and when VLS start to stream it gives some
error when reading the .dvbrc file, ANAME error or something like that.
So, if you compile VLS with libdvb-0.2.0 and get a channel list from
0.4.0, VLS can't read it so there is a change in the .dvbrc file-format,
but VLS doesn't seem to work properly with 0.4.0 (the input1 error) so
the only way to make this works I think is with libdvb 0.2.2 and a
proper channel list (but where or how can you get it is unknown to me).
More data, Bloomberg channel with both satscan version:
0.2.2:
CHANNEL ID 5 NAME "Bloomberg" SATID 192 TPID 24 SID 31b2 TYPE 0
0.4.0(0.4.1 seems to be similar)
CHANNEL ID 7b NAME "Bloomberg" SATID 192 TPID f SID 31b2 TYPE 1 VPID a7
APID 70 ANAME "spa" PCRPID a7
So my In my Humble Opinion, VLS is not working (at least for me) with
libdvb 0.4.0 but with 0.2.2 seems to work fine, but I can't find a
proper .dvbrc channel list for 0.2.2, and the ones I get with 0.4.0
don't work so I'm stuck.
