[streaming] Video Lan Streaming with Logitech USB Camera

Hi,

I have downloaded VideoLan VLS and VLC so that I can stream video accross a
network. I have a Logitech USB Quickcam in Windows 2000 that I would like to
set up in VLS. I cannot see how you would set this up in the CFG file. Has
anybody successfully done this, or can someone point me to the correct
location for data.
