[streaming] How can I config vlc on windows IPv6?

please teach me , how can I get IPv6 streaming video on windows vlc 
client.

local test as follows[in private-network].

PC1(WindowsXP)--[router]--PC2(WindowsXP)

PC1<->PC2(IPv6 reachable)
[test1] PC1(vlc)to stream PC2 success.
example setting
ipv6 address;
 PC1 is 3ffe::1
 PC2 is 3ffe:1::1

PC1 setting;
PC1(Use VLC as a stream server)
Output Methods
[check]UDP
[check]RTP
 RTP [3ffe:1::1] 
Destination Target: MRL as follows;
#duplicate{dst=std{access=udp,mux=ts,url=[3ffe:1::1]:1234},dst=std{
access=rtp,mux=ts,url=[3ffe:1::1]:1234}}

PC2 setting;
only [check] UDP/RTP then OK.

please teach me, how to use directly typing the full MRL I want,
for farther study.
