Hi all,
We have streaming using ivtv drivers and vls (0.5.3). We have a mpeg2
software analyser and we think we have detected some wrong things (we
are not sure :). Maybe, if you want, we can send you some screenshots.
The first one is about audio packets. We think that there are too many
audio packets between video packets. For example we receive something
like this:
VVVVVVVVVAAAAAVVVVVVVVAAAAAVVVV...
And there are problems with pcr jitter.
So, we think it must be in this way:
VVVAVVVAVVVAVVVAVVVAVVV... (or something like that)
We have a proffesional head-end and it do it in this last way.
We have observed too that there is a video buffer std underflow.
We would like to discuss these questions with you, because maybe we are
saying nonsenses :)
Thanks,
Mariano.
P.S. Can we send you some screenshots??
