[streaming] Re: [ANN] VLS 0.5.4

Hi,
	I get tuning failed ... with libdvb-0.5.0 or 0.5.3 alongwith VLS-0.5.4 and or 
VLS-0.5.2. What i understand is that libdvb has some issues with some DVB 
drivers. I believe the tuning part has to be in a separate library rather 
than in libdvb. As i understand, there is significant work in progress 
regarding the same to make the tuning an independent process.
