[streaming] DivX streaming

Hi all

I'd like to know what do I have to consider to stream an DivX movie.
I want to strem this movie from VLC 0.6.2 to another VLC 0.6.2 (both are 
compiled from src, on Suse Linux 8.2)
My streaming server have 800 Mhz cpu capability and 128 MB of RAM.

Any help?
