You can try with http: WMP and Real player should be able to read it
(provided the proper codec is installed. It's not the cas with MPEG2 and
MPEG4 by default)

You can unicast a stream to any IP address (provided it exists and routing is set correctly) or multicast it...

We already have complete support for devices under Familiar Linux (IPAQ,
Zaurus, etc...). A Windows CE port has be begun, but never completed (if
somebody is interested...)
