[streaming] transponder dvb streaming

hello

Is one computer (with one DVB card) and vls (or vlc) able to  stream all 
channels of a transponder ?
Or have I to use one computer for each channel ?

If yes (for the first question), is it possible to stream all channel with 
one VLS (or VLC) ?
