There is no special IGMP support requirements for the server side. Only the
destination client must support IGMP.

The traffic to the wireless bridge will be the sum of all multicast
receivers on that bridge.
Also you need to be aware that IGMP does not immediately turn off a
multicast stream as soon as the client leaves the multicast group. So if
the receiving station is cycling through the available multicasts (channel
surfing), then a significant amount of traffic can accumulate on that leg.
There are switches with an immediate leave option, but normally there is a
delay ( of several minutes sometimes ) before a stream is actually turned
off by the IGMP switch.
