If your ISP uses the VideoLAN solution to send, and if it uses the
default port, then you must open the port 1234.

If this is not the case, you can either ask your ISP, or use a tool such
as Ethereal (www.ethereal.com), connect to the man, start VLC, and
capture the packet to see their destination port.
