For the benefit of a newbie to vls, what is the command line arguments for
using the webcam?

I am streaming realtime v4l 384x288, codec mpeg1, bitrate 2400,
audiocodec mp3, bitrate 128 on a p3-750, cpu usage is 50-65%.
So no, a GHz-machine is definitely not needed with vls, you just
have to adjust your expectations ;-)
