I personally never found any doco that described this... and think I
have no read every doc in there.... mind you, always happy to be wrong
:)

I achieved this fps change by trial an error with the bit rate in the
config... ie....

bitrate       = "960"

and manipulated it until it until i got what I wanted..... I had
thought the bitrate would be somehow related to the resolution and
color depth ( res x color depth x fps = bps?? ), but I couldn't find
that bit in the code, and I couldn't see a relationship when I altered
bitrate either....
