[streaming] DVB-T with VLS

Hi all,
I'm trying to stream video from a DVB-T card (Technotrend Premium T1200)
with Videolan Server and I always have the same error : "Time out !".

I saw in the archive that DVB support was broken for some VLS/libdvb
versions, so I tried VLS 0.5.5 and 0.5.6 build against libdvb 0.2.2 and
0.5.4, and I always had the same message (see attached strace). I also
tried VLS 0.5.3 but it refused to read my dvbrc file.

I made my tests on a 2.4 kernel with 1.0.1 DVB drivers and on a 2.6 kernel
with 1.1.0 drivers but it seems that it doesn't have any effect.
I've no problem accessing /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0 devices /dev/v4l/video0
where using xine and XawTV (tuning with tzap from dvb-apps), and satscan
from libdvb's package managed to use my dvb card (in order to build my
dvbrc file).

Do you think any VLS/libdvb should work with my dvb card ?

PS: it's a bit off-topic but there is any documentation on how to use the
DVB input of VLC ? I didn't find the description of the command line
arguments.

Thanks
