I personally recently became aware of this as well.

Well, i don't think we are really concerned.

1: we don't use it as a brand name, but as an application name
2: the application has about 30 users in the world ( that estimate may 
be a bit high)
3: the program will likely not be developed any further
4: they will first send a cease and desist letter before suing us.

So at the moment I don't see a reason to make the confusion even larger 
than it already is or for us to spend valuable time on a application 
name change.

maybe there are others with different opinions?
