How did you make the stream with ffmpeg.
If you want you can take a look to this shell script
that i use to make mp4 file that i stream to vlc and to quicktime.
The script use ffmpeg and mpeg4ip tools. Because ffmpeg
is unable to create correct mp4 file that i can stream to quicktime.
