Hi,

I'm using vls-0.5.5 with the default vls.cfg file.

I'm just trying to multicast stream a local MPEG-2 file called
/local/test.mpg through telnet, without modifying vls.cfg, like so in
telnet:

channel myoutput network 233.1.2.3 23456 multicast --add
  input myinput local /tmp/ --add
program myprogram myinput test.mpg Mpeg2-PS --add

The channel and input commands are successful, unfortunately I get this
error message for the program command:

  Provider: Manager
  Error: -1
  Info: ProgramList is empty.

    Provider: myinput
    Error: -1
Info: Unable to add program myprogram
Info: Error: No files defined in vls.cfg

Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Doug.
