it depends what you are streaming, it could be other audio tracks or 
subtitle tracks.

In a TS stream, the clock is transmitted inside other packets.
In most cases, the clock is inside the video track.
It is your case, since video track has a pid of 0x82
And PCR informations are inserted on the track with pid 130 = 0x82

Well, debug messages are a it confusing since they display pids part of 
the time the hexadecimal way and some times in decimal way.
