[streaming] Does VLC v0.7.0 support reading from Hauppauge PVR cards in Windows now

Hi, everyone, Happy new year!

I found there's a new version of VLC v0.7 in this
year. Does it support reading from Hauppauge PVR cards
in Windows now? if yes, are there any specific drivers
need to be installed, thus we can run VLC in Windows
as a streaming server?
