[streaming] Tv Streaming On lan

hi there
i am new in your group and also not good at comp and english.
I finally succed to stream tv on lan by using Microsoft Media Encoder but it 
is eating my cpu is there any other program to do this. All i want to is 
streaming tv (by tv card) on lan. Can you help me about programs and how to 
do it
