Hali!

We use Vlc(0.7.1) for stream our tv:
The commandline is the following:

vlc v4l:/dev/video0:channel=1:norm=pal:size=720x576:adev=/dev/dsp --sout
'#transcode
vcodec=DIV3,vb=2048,scale=1,acodec=mp3,ab=64,channels=1}:duplicate{dst=std{access=mmsh,mux=ts,url=somehost:8000}}'

We'd like to stream the tv without transcoding:
vlc v4l:/dev/video0:channel=1:norm=pal:size=720x576:adev=/dev/dsp --sout
mmsh:somehost:8000

The output of the server:
[00000194] access_output_http private: creating new http daemon
[00000196] httpd private: httpd started
[00000195] httpd private: http thread launched
[00000190] v4l input: v4l grabbing started
...when I connect it starts to drop lines like this:
fixing i_stream_pos (old=493901327 i_buffer_pos=499599123

On the client side:
mplayer mms://somehost:8000
says that there aren't video in the stream :(

If I use a file as source, it stream it without problem:

vlc -vvv x.avi --sout mmsh:valamiost:8000

The card I use:
bttv0: Bt878 (rev 17) at 01:0a.0, irq: 12, latency: 32, mmio: 0xf4100000
bttv0: detected: Pinnacle PCTV [card=39], PCI subsystem ID is 11bd:0012
bttv0: using: Pinnacle PCTV Studio/Rave [card=39,autodetected]
i2c-core.o: adapter bt848 #0 registered as adapter 0.
bttv0: i2c: checking for MSP34xx @ 0x80... found
bttv0: pinnacle/mt: id=2 info="PAL+SECAM / stereo" radio=yes
bttv0: using tuner=33

greetings,
Mukka
