Yes, indeed. For Red Hat 9 the last RPM 'known good' to me is located
here: http://shrike.freshrpms.net/rpm.html?id=1512
You probably need to install a load of other software packages, which are
not supplied by Red Hat. For that purpose I recommend using apt for rpm
from http://www.freshrpms.net to you.
It is an old version (0.6.0), so you probably need to compile from source
if you need any of the new features and/or improvements.
