[streaming] Recommendation on video capture card

Hi there...

My company is interested in using the VideoLAN software. However, we
have some difficulties in finding a video capture card here. We want to
buy video capture card that can be used in both Linux platform and
Windows platform. However, I found that the capture card works in
windows platform only. So, can anyone give us some recommendations on
buying this video capture card that can works in both platforms (Linux
and Windows)?
