[streaming] How to tune a DVB-S card?

Hello!

I'm trying to set up vls to stream from a DVB-S card. But I can't figure out
how to tune the DVB. The documentation don't seem to mention how to configure
the steelite frequency, polarizatio, and so on. What am I missing here?
