This will take care of the UDP issue but the MPEG-2 is still a Program
Stream.  Is there a utility to convert the MPEG-2 to a Transport Stream
and still play it with vobStream?  I think that's the last piece of the
puzzle until I can display VOD on an amino set-top box.  

I'll post in the vobStream users group also.  Thanks everyone for your
help!

You can modify vobStreamer (or another of the test programs), to use a
BasicUDPSink instead of an RTPSink. It will take more than a couple of
lines of code, but the framework is there.
