Ah. So for the first try, I have done:

# cp libdvb-0.5.4/samplerc/astrarc ~/.dvbrc

Could not find any documentation about this file format. How do I configure
the diseqc?

If I understand correctly, VLC can stream to only one client at a time?
Am I misguided here?
