Thank you Benjamin! That was a lot of information. I will need to sort
it out now and run some tests. I am sure I will come back and ask more
questions after my tests. :)
Just one thing:
I have re-read the howto and the user manual once more. But even now
that I have read through the article to which you referred, I still
don't see how this can deduced from the documentation.
Examples:
Howto chapter 6:
192.168.0.12 is:
- either the IP address of the machine you want to unicast to
User-Manual chapter 4, section "std":
{url} if you use file access, it will be the location where to store
the stream; if you use another access, it will be the unicast
or multicast IP address where you want to stream
User-Manual chapter 4, section "rtp":
{dst} destination ip address
So everywhere it states that the given address/port is the _destination_.
But nowhere is described how to specify the _source_.
Am I just misunderstanding? Could it be that the documentation is
outdated?
