[streaming] wmv3 color bug example

Hi again lists

 

As promised i have uploaded an example of a file vlc 8.0 test2 windows
binary seems to have problems with. I get "weird" colors" when playing it.
The letters in the background are suppoed to be yellow, which is visible if
u play it with wmp 9.0 which shows the clip correctly.

 

Hope u can confirm the bug :-)
