[streaming] video streaming thru lan

Sir,

i'm an employee of Institute of Public Administration assigned in audio
visual dept.Our department are in-charge for the operation of video
conferencing in four+ branches, riyadh (main),,jeddah, dammamand WIPA
(women's branch).Regarding your system if can help us to give more
quality of video conferencing thru lan.we're now using video conference
tools between this four branches but were not satisfied with the
outcome.

we, also want to upgrade our video straming in the classroom,we have
video storage we are using media player for streaming of educational
film or video thru lan.

how do we transfer our conference which we have video tools ready but
 we need to stream thru the internet.
