A VLC control module is to control the core of VLC. The core of VLC in
turn controls streams. It is possible to implement it as a control
module, it just wouldn't be really useful.
The original suggestions as Gildas bazin made at first in this thread,
still stand and still seem to be the best design choice from a VLC
standpoint...
