if vlc as a rtsp client already supports rtcp,
is there rtcp support planned for vlc as rtcp server also?
the problem is that the only player i could figure out to
receive mp4/3gp content over rtsp on a pocket pc is
philips platform4 player. but it seems that this player won't
start playing the file as long as it doesn't receive a rtcp sender
report... :(
yes, i tried vlc-wince, but it didn't open rtsp streams :(
there is also a player called gpac/osmo4 on sourceforge, but i'm
not able to compile it for win ce. wonder if this one would play without
rtcp...
