i can't initiate a rtsp connection to the server with ms portrait.
ms portrait seems to be especially for video telephony on handheld devices,
but i'm just looking for a rtsp (and mp4/3gpp) capable streaming client
for pocketpc.
i've read that win media player 10 mobile will supoort this, but it isn't
available for my ipaq 5550.

rtcp support for vlc (in "server mode") would also be nice, then the 
platform4 player
would hopefully work :)
