Lots of hardware stb's available Amino, Pace, i3micro, Kreatel and other.

As for remote desktop on them, some may offer terminal services style clients - the amino offers a vnc client.

However viewing experience on a tv is far from great due to the limited screen resolution.

Subject: [streaming] Hardware as Streaming Receiver

Hello,

are there any Hardware Video Clients available on the market, which are
able to play a video stream send out by your streaming solution.

2nd Question:
Any solution available to stream out the current desktop-picture of the
computer to this hardware video client, so I can see it on the
tv-screen, established with my cordless computer mouse so I can manage
the whole thing from the seat in my living room?
