Transcoding isn't required, I have separate h264 feeds. I only need to replace a couple of MPEG2 feeds.
I'm sure I can dig out a old config from somewhere, if not it wasn't that hard to setup.
I know VLC is a option, however all I need to do is stream MPEG2-TS, so was thinking of using VLS. I know its not been updated in a long time, but it used to work for this task.
Anyone give me a compelling reason why I should choose VLC over VLS for this task?
Thanks
Paul

Although I think it should be said VLS is very none-updated, not for 2?
Years. If u use vlc u will get A LOT more options regarding transcoding and
various forms of access. So unless ur only need will remain to just put
mpeg2 streams on a lan I would recommend vlc instaid of vls.
