Can you send the SDP file you receive ?

Also, is this for multicast ? If you can receive global multicasts
you can also test this with  the AmericaFree TV H264test channel.
There are SAPs sent for this.

As usual, you might want  to run tcpdump on  the  receiving machine  
to see
if the packets are actually arriving.
