I think your problem may come from this parameter : --rtsp-host
0.0.0.0:5554 <http://0.0.0.0:5554>
try instead : --rtsp-host 192.168.0.220:5554 <http://0.0.0.0:5554>
If 192.168.0.220 is the IP address (that's what I understood) of the box
which does stream your file.
