[streaming] help to broadcaster a vidéo

Hello,

I am french, then excuse for my bad english.
I try to install VNC for 2 days but it doesn't works and i don't know why.

By reading the doc HOWTO, it say we can use wizard but only if i use the wxWindows's skin.
I have VLC 0.8.4.
How can i have the wxWindows skin ?

I would like to stream (broadcast) a vidéo for all the world.
