amr_nb and amr_wb transcoded file with vlc are playable locally with 
realplayer : AMR_NB works nicely, AMR_WB doesn't play nicely (very noisy 
and weird sound).

The packetize methods used for amr_nb and amr_wb are the same (call to the 
same function packetize_amr() ).
I will have a look if a cannot make aac working.
