It depends on how many people will be receiving the stream
simultaneously and of the quality of the video. With the current
Internet structure, the required bandwidth will probably be
proportional to the number of people viewing the video.
In other words, you'll likely need times more bandwidth than a typical
broadband Internet connection can provide.
If that is the case, note that all you'll need is an acquisition card,
or best, an MPEG encoding card, to plug the video camera to a computer
running VLC, and have your viewers install VLC on their own computers.
