Linux 2.6 (from 2.6.2 onwards from my recollection) supports IGMPv3
Windows XP supports IGMPv3.
Here's a URL with shows IGMP snooping support in Cisco Catalyst switches:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk828/technologies_tech_note09186a0080122a70.shtml
Here's a URL with Cisco multicast support that also includes IOS and
specific multicast features:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk828/technologies_white_paper09186a00800a85d1.shtml
I don't have any info about other vendors.

PS: a lot of thanks to all the VLC developers. It's the perfect swiss
army knife for IPTV development!
