[streaming] newbie needs help

Hello,
i'm new to VLC and i have a simple question to a problem i can't figure
out. how to import a list of internet radio stations into my playlist? it 
seems that i need to connect to some server, but where do i get a list of 
available servers?
please help by giving me a step by step solution
