If I understand your setup properly, you want to stream multuicast on
several subnets. You need to install a multicast routing protocol on the
router to achieve that (such as PIM or DVMRP). Please also make sure you
specified a TTL > 1. Please also note that much Access Points behave very
badly with multicast.
