Ilan,

In my experience you need a PC with a Pentium 4 running
at 3 GHz or higher. Even with a 2.4Ghz P-4, the decoding
takes up a lot of CPU cycles and the result is jerky
playback.
I haven't tried different video cards but I have a pretty
good one (ATI Radeon 9000 with 128MB RAM) and it works.

Yes but you need to make sure that your PC can handle the
reception and playback of the high-def content and that your
wireless link supports the needed data rate.

MPEG2-HD content is a bit hard to find. You can find some
short clips at
http://www.moonlight.co.il/support/research/dxva/test.php
Other vendors of ATSC tuner cards like Dvico also have
some short demo clips on their site.
MPEG4-HD clips are easier to find. You can get them at
http://www.divx.com/hd/ MPEG4-HD data rates are much lower
than MPEG2-HD and consequently these look much better when
played back through a wireless link.
If streaming MPEG4-HD is good enough for you, try that.
Else get the best PC you can get in order to do MPEG2-HD
streaming.
Let me know if you have any more questions,
