[streaming] mpeg video player software

Greetings,

I have an application where I will be installing a mpeg-2 video file onto a
USB flash card that has 128mb of storage. It will be sent out to our
customers as part of a promotion. Since I have no idea which operating
system and media player will be installed on their PC I'm hoping to find a
video player that can run directly from the flash card without the need to
install any software on Windows. 

Do you have any such product that will achieve my goal? If not, do you have
any suggestions or recommendations?

Any assistance will be appreciated.
